I was at the farmers market at Kaiser Panorama City yesterday when i saw the LSG Honey booth. I looked at a few of the jars of honey but for some reason the “Creamed Clover” caught my eye. When i asked for a sample i nearly died. This was the most amazing honey i have ever tasted. I bought a jar and already know i’m going to have to go back next week to get more. My new favorite! 🙂

Hello , this honey is delicious. I am wondering if it is raw or pasteurized or heated to some degree?

Thank you for enjoying our honey! The creamed clover along with all of our other honey is unpasteurized. The reason why it has that consistency is because it is technically a crystallized honey, the granules are just very fine so you get that nice creamy texture.
